IngredienPro Anti-Spam Policy
Effective date: 2 November 2026 · Applies to: IngredienPro and every domain listed in Section 4
IngredienPro does not send bulk email. We send limited, individually relevant business messages to professionals in the food industry, and we stop at the first opt-out.
IngredienPro is a B2B discovery and connection platform owned and operated by IngredienPro India Private Limited, Coimbatore, India. This policy covers email sent by our staff, by any tool or service we use, and by any third party acting on our behalf.
1. What we never do
- Send email to consumers or to personal, non-business addresses.
- Send the same message in bulk to large, untargeted lists.
- Use lists harvested or scraped from websites, or bought from sources that cannot show a lawful business basis.
- Contact anyone who has opted out, unsubscribed or asked not to be contacted, from any of our domains.
- Use misleading subject lines, false sender names, forged headers, or hide who a message is from.
- Rotate domains or mailboxes to get around a block, a complaint or an opt-out.
- Allow affiliates, resellers or partners to use our name or domains in email without our written approval.
2. How we send business email

| Authentication | Every sending domain publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC records |
| List hygiene | Every address is verified before use; invalid and bouncing addresses are removed immediately |
| Complaints | Any spam complaint permanently suppresses that address across all our domains |
3. Domains covered
This policy applies to all email sent from, or mentioning, the domains below. Not every domain is active at all times; some are reserved for future use or regional campaigns. Every domain accepts mail at abuse@ and postmaster@.

4. Opt out or report a message
If you received a message from us that you did not want, or you believe it breaks this policy:
- Click the unsubscribe link in the message, or reply with "unsubscribe"; or
- Email report@ingredienpro.com any domain listed above, with the full message headers.
We stop all contact within 48 hours and complete our investigation within 2 business days.
5. Enforcement
Any employee, contractor or partner who sends email that breaks this policy loses sending access immediately. Partners and service providers who break it have their agreement terminated. We work with blocklist operators, mailbox providers and abuse desks to resolve every report.
